In accordance with Article 4.6 of the Bylaws for The Ranches of Rock Creek Homeowners Association, you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for August 16, 2023 at 12:00 PM via Go To Meeting.

The Association is a non-profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.

The homeowners will elect three (3) homeowners to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Hill County.

Should quorum fail to be met for the Annual Meeting, the Ranches of Rock Creek Homeowners Association will hold its Second annual meeting, as a self-governed association, on August 16, 2023 by Go To Meeting. The meeting will be called to order at 12:05pm.
